All of our inventory is guaranteed Grade A, free from major stains, tears, and flaws. In fact, if you find a major flaw we will credit you for that item against your next purchase*!
Our goal is to keep our prices as low as possible for our resellers, and selling by category (such as Jeans, Blouses, or Sweaters) allows us to do exactly that. Because everyone tends to hunt for the same few high-demand brands, sourcing them exclusively would drive up costs significantly and make it difficult for us to provide a consistent supply to all of our partners.
Additionally, our current warehouse space is optimized for high-volume category sorting rather than individual brand storage. By focusing on ‘mid-tier’ mall and outlet brands within specific categories, we can ensure you receive a reliable variety of resellable, quality inventory at a much better price point than a brand-specific lot would allow.
Because our inventory is sold in mixed wholesale lots, we cannot guarantee any specific brands. Most items come from mid-tier mall and department store brands commonly found in mainstream retail. Examples may include Loft, J.Crew, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Zara, and Philosophy.
We make a reasonable effort to remove ultra-fast fashion brands such as Shein or Fashion Nova, as well as big box private labels from retailers like Walmart or Target. However, due to the nature of bulk second-hand inventory, occasional pieces from these brands may still appear, particularly in some of our older inventory.
Every item that comes through our operation is individually inspected and sorted based on condition and resale potential. Roughly 60% of incoming inventory qualifies as Grade A, meaning garments are in good wearable condition without major stains, rips, or flaws. These items are typically mid-tier mall and department store brands such as J.Crew, Loft, American Eagle, Banana Republic, and Old Navy. Grade A makes up the majority of the wholesale inventory we offer and works especially well for resellers focused on dependable “bread and butter” brands.
Approximately 25% of items fall into Grade B, which may include minor stains, light wear, or small flaws but are still wearable. These are generally routed to nonprofit donation partners rather than sold wholesale. A small portion is classified as Salvage, meaning the garments are at the end of their usable life. We prioritize textile recycling whenever possible and only send a minimal amount to the landfill.
Yes, we do offer men’s clothing. However, our current inventory is somewhat limited, especially when it comes to specific sizes. Because of this, most men’s apparel is sold in mixed-size wholesale bundles rather than sorted by individual size.
Yes! We offer several flexible options to ensure you get your inventory as efficiently and affordably as possible:
Shipping: We can ship by the box or by the pallet, depending on the size of your order. All shipping is charged “at cost,” meaning we pass our direct shipping rates on to you without any added markups. You should expect coast-to-coast shipping to cost around $1 to $2 per lbs. In some cases shipping can actually cost more than the purchase. Which is why we offer regional delivery and local pickup…
Regional Delivery: If you are located within a 100-mile radius of our Lynchburg sorting facility, we offer a delivery service for a flat fee. Please note that a minimum purchase is required to qualify for this option.
Local Pickup: For those in the Central Virginia area, you are welcome to skip the shipping fees entirely by scheduling a local pickup at our Lynchburg facility.
While you may find the occasional vintage or Y2K “hidden gem” mixed into our lots, they represent a very small percentage of our overall inventory. Our wholesale offerings are predominantly focused on contemporary styles and modern labels from recent years.
Our sourcing strategy prioritizes high-demand, current-trend items from popular mall and outlet retailers to ensure you have a consistent supply of modern, resellable inventory. However, please anticipate minor “character” marks typical of GUC items, such as light thread fraying, minor pilling, or standard wash wear. These small imperfections are factored into our wholesale pricing, allowing you to maintain healthy margins while offering your customers quality everyday wear.
To protect your investment, we offer a straightforward Quality Guarantee. In the event you discover a major flaw—defined as a hole larger than 1/8 inch, stain larger than 1/2 inch, or a functional defect like a broken zipper, missing button, or seam rip—we will make it right. Simply return the identified items for review, and we will apply a per-item credit toward your next qualifying purchase. For example, if 10 items in a 500-piece order are found to have major flaws, you will receive credit for 10 items on your following order. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service to any parties found to be misusing or abusing this guarantee.
