We source clothing from multiple suppliers in-bulk. These include stale consignment inventory, donation buy-backs, pallet sales, estate sales, and flea markets. Right now we process a little over 1,500 lbs of inventory every single week! With plans to grow to 5,000 lbs by the end of 2026.
We inspect each and every item that we recive and grade it as:
Premium: ~5% of what we receive is selected for online resale. These are the items that you see on our website! They are stain-free, flaw-free, and are from notable brands.
Grade A: ~55% of the items we receive are good quality clothing, free of major stains, rips, and flaws. Unfortunately we just do not have the time to list everything. These are the items that we sell at our popup events, or via wholesale to other businesses.
Most of our Grade A inventory has resell value between $8 and $30 per Item.Grade B+: ~35% these are items that are Grade A, but from a box store brand (Walmart/target), or Grade B with minor "spot" stains but are still in overall good condition. These items we donate to various non-profit organizations in our community.
Salvage: ~5% these are items that are at the end of their life. We do our best to find recycling avenues, but in some cases the landfill is that only option. On average we have to send only around 40lbs per week to the landfill, most other apparel we are able to find a new home.

We hold monthly pop-up events at our warehouse (Lynchburg, VA), as well as aim to hold two major events in Rural Communities in our home state of Vermont. Each event is a different theme and/or offer depending on season, inventory levels, and other inventory balancing needs.
